Hospice Nurse Looking for a rewarding career (Sacramento)

Good morning! I’m currently a 34 year old hospice nurse.
I have worked at many facilities and have been doing in home care for the last several years.
I have come to realize the agencies pay me $15 an hour yet charge my clients $30+.
some senior living facilities charge about $6,000 a month.
I’m offering my services to anyone who would like to pass in their own home.
I know people are pushing facilities but I’m cheaper and I can help keep you home.
I’m looking to either get paid $20 an hour cash or I would work for free with the promise of inheriting your home.
I’ve rented my whole life and I don’t see myself ever affording a home.
Please let me take care of you for a place to live when you’re gone.
I garden, I cook, I clean.
No kids just a woman looking for a place to call home.
