Seeking work for my 56 year old father (Roseville)

My dad has really been through the ringer.
He fell homeless after getting divorced because he couldn’t manage his business without my mom and lost it.
He’s been through a lot the last few years and I can’t let him stay with me because I live with roommates, so he’s living out of his car.
He did every single job for his very successful carpet cleaning business for almost 20 years, he’s the hardest worker I know.
He picks things up quick and he cares about what he does.
He has showering and laundry privileges here so he is sure to show up as his best self.
He can do any sort of job in any city in the Sacramento area — he’sû pretty strong.
Seeing as he has nothing, he will take any sort of job and pay, but please don’t take advantage of him.
