Responsibilities Implements and maintains comprehensive inspection test and maintenance programs for all security physical and electronic measures.
Prepares disseminates and follows up on security assessments.
Assists with the Security Management Plan implementation and coordinates responses to critical incidents.
Identifies documents and addresses actual and potential security breaches.
Monitors existing security systems and technologies for possible security leaks or fraud.
Hires and manages staff to assure that departmental goals are accomplished.
Conducts ongoing employee training pertaining to security programs.
Qualifications Education and Experience: Associate of Arts (AA) Degree in Business Administration or Criminal Justice Safety Administration Emergency Management or a combination of education and/or job related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing a Security/public safety-related program.
Experience with budgets program management policy design and implementation oversight.
Licensure: Current state driver's license.
Security Guard regular permit.
Pay Range $40.
66 - $58.
