OPERATIONS MANAGER
HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services, Inc.
(UHS) is looking for an experienced and innovative Operations Manager to join our growing team of dedicated professionals.
The Operations Manager is responsible for HealthLinkNow’ s (HLN) organizational processes and operations for any new leads, new business, and existing business ensuring a smooth, organized, and high-quality delivery of services.
The Operations Manager additionally oversee the performance, efficiencies, and satisfaction of the new and existing business.
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing providers, developing, and maintaining relationships with the providers, and addressing providers inquires and concerns.
In this role, strategic planning, collaboration and problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders will be the key to success.
Must be able to develop and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the overall success of the business.
This includes but is not limited to; regularly productive check-ins with the stakeholders regarding the accounts, managing client accounts and alleviate concerns.
Also, monitoring and tracking trends to produce ways to improve our practice, ability to act quickly to resolve problems, the ability to navigate priorities to meet the needs of the stakeholders.
This is a full-time administrative position for an individual to join our management team in our home office in Gold River, California.
While we are looking for individuals that can work out of our headquarters, we are also considering qualified individuals that would like to join our team remotely.
Primary Responsibilities First line of support for communication and/or support or any conflicts resolution between providers, staff, internal/external stakeholders and/or clients.
Assist Providers with relevant training, IT support, scheduling problems, or changes.
Responsible for scheduling Coverage Calendars per each Facility Agreement.
Assists with Proposal development, maintenance, and submission.
Initiates Provider, Vendor and Facility contracts in the CAM/ECM system.
Knowledgeable on Provider, Vendor and Facility-contract components Pro-actively communicates contract statuses, launch dates and terminations with CEO and other members of the team.
Subject expert in videoconferencing systems used for Telemedicine assignments, to include training end-users on this platform as well as trouble-shooting problems that may arise.
Ability to utilize and maintain Electronic Health Record(s) Responsible for assuring accurate and timely entries of pertinent medical information on all patients, to include, but not limited to reports from outside facilities, patient information, dashboard items, etc.
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
Perform quality controls and monitor data to improve the overall quality of facility services.
Ability to know when to adjust schedules and targets on the assignment as needs are changing.
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options of how to progress with the assignment(s).
