*Position Overview*: We are seeking a passionate and driven Wellness Event Coordinator & Marketing Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach, establishing partnerships with wellness professionals and businesses across the globe, executing experiences and events, and assisting in managing their content and marketing campaigns.
You will play a crucial part in shaping our mission and promoting wellness on a global scale.
*Key* *Responsibilities*: * Identify, connect with, and establish partnerships with wellness professionals, organizations, and businesses worldwide.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute Light & Water’s suite of experiences and suggest new ones * Collaborate with partners to develop and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies.
* Assist collaborators and team members in creating compelling content, including articles, videos, and social media posts, to promote their wellness offerings.
* Manage and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met and their engagement with Light & Water Wellness is maximized.
* Analyze and report on the success of partnership initiatives and marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to reach a global audience.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new partnership opportunities.
* Represent Light & Water Wellness at industry events and conferences as needed.
*Qualifications*: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in outreach, partnership development, event management, and marketing, preferably in the wellness industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management and organizational abilities.
* Ability to work independently and remotely.
