We're seeking an experienced full-time TIKI BAR MANAGER to guide our high-volume, tropical adventure.
Shipwrecked is a family-owned and locally operated refuge where the romance of pirate tales ️ melds with the allure of tiki culture, creating a uniquely captivating atmosphere.
If ye be reliable, passionate, and eager to make waves in the cocktail scene, then we're ready to welcome you to our swashbuckling crew! Work Hours: As a Tiki Bar Manager at Shipwrecked, you'll be navigating our ship mainly during evenings from Wednesday to Sunday.
We keep the party going until midnight on weeknights and extend the excitement till 1:30 AM on weekends.
A typical week consists of five 10-hour shifts, but flexibility be key, as hours may vary based on the tides of business needs, emergencies, and special events.
Job Role: As the Tiki Bar Manager, you'll steer our operations, captain our spirited team, uphold high service standards, and cultivate a positive, energetic atmosphere that showcases our love for innovative cocktails and tropical vibes.
Experience: The ideal candidate is a seasoned mariner with at least 2 years of bar management experience or equivalent leadership experience.
