Assistant Manager

Kodaiko Ramen & Bar in the heart of Downtown Sacramento is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our team.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our business.
This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who is passionate about sales, leadership, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations - Manage and supervise a team through service - Train and develop staff members to ensure excellent customer service - Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures - Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and complaints - Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies to achieve expense and revenue targets - Maintain adherence to all local and city ordinances, safety and health standards, and employment regulations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications: - Previous experience in a supervisory role at a table service restaurant required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment We are a tight knit team of individuals who care a lot about the operation looking for an individual to help us grow and become an integral part of the operation.
