_*About the Position:*_
Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II, the Research Data Supervisor I is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, supervising and reviewing all aspects of the Business Intelligence unit.
This role oversees and engages in the development of highly complex reports and methodologies, data analysis, gathering business requirements, data validation, data import/export, and database development, design and management .
Oversees and engages in the creation and interpretation of reports/dashboards to meet business requirements.
Oversees and engages in the resolution of complex system problems relating to configuration, data quality and system enhancements.
Directly supervises Research Data analysts (I/II).
