I am looking for a part time property manager for a mobile home park in Rancho Cordova, CA.
It is a 38 space gated community with an on site office.
Hours vary depending on work load, but average at 20 per week.
Duties include managing residents, enforcing park rules, distributing rent invoices and notices, collecting and depositing rent, overseeing maintenance and landscaping, processing rental applications and being available for emergencies.
Applicant must live near the park.
The opportunity to live in the park is not currently available, but can be arranged once we have a vacant space.
Necessary skills: Computer, email, problem solving, verbal and written communication, passion for order.
