If you are truly compassionate and committed to helping provide the highest quality care to seniors and other vulnerable individuals, we are looking for you! * High volume LVN Staffing Manager of School RNs and School LVNs * Proactive and efficient communicator that enjoys meeting people Job Description/Responsibilities for LVN Staffing Manager: * Coordinate requirements for recruiting with hiring managers * Write/develop and post jobs via job boards, social media and other marketing locations * Attend career fairs * Mine job boards and social media sites for potential applicants * Schedule interviews with appropriate team members * Conduct professional reference checks * Run criminal, sex offender, and driving background checks * Complete new hire reference checks * Complete all on-boarding paperwork as required * Perform drug screens * Coordinate LiveScan, TB testing and pre-employment physicals Requirements for LVN Staffing Manager: * Minimum 1 year LVN Staffing Manager * Motivated, self-starter * Strong communication/interpersonal skills * Strong work ethic * Recruiting, interviewing and hiring skills * Customer service excellence Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
