You would join a team of software engineers and ML enthusiasts who work on finding opportunities to provide enhanced support to design engineers world-wide

As a Software Engineering intern, you would:
Work with internal design engineering teams and potentially external partners to deliver efficient Fill solutions
Iteratively build and maintain an automated regression suite to strengthen validation based on day-to-day learnings
Effectively utilize Machine learning algorithms to deliver optimal PPA for design blocks
Collaborate with team members to build GenAI based applications
Note: This internship is for Spring/Summer 2024 Start
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school, work, classes research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must be pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or an equivalent degree with 6+ months experience in the following:
Software Engineering fundamentals like Object oriented concepts, data structures, algorithms and software architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
Programming experience with any of the following: Python, C++
Experience with Physical Design and Physical Design Verification
Experience with Machine Learning/Gen AI

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $63,000.
00-$166,000.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
