* Per-visit rates Responsibilities * Help patient by maintaining good personal hygiene.
* Follow Plan of Care provided by RN.
* Correctly assists the patient with self-administered medications.
* Take accurate temperature, blood pressure and oxygen readings.
* Help with feeding patients.
* Help with patients with toileting.
* Help provide a safe and healthy environment.
* Complete accurate documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN Pay: $60,000.
00 - $70,000.
