com/ Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize all communications for the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Organize and maintain the CEOs calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and clients, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service.
Assist in the development and preparation of presentations, reports, and financial documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information, demonstrating discretion in all communications and dealings.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed- Collaborate effectively across teams to support project management and operational efficiency.
Assist in the organization of company events and team-building activities.
Take on special projects and perform additional duties as necessary to support the CEO and organizational goals.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a corporate setting.
This experience should have provided you with a deep understanding of supporting high-level executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, manage complex schedules, coordinate executive communications, and lead administrative projects to completion.
Experience in the construction, building, or remodeling industry is an asset, but not mandatory.
This background will help you better understand the unique challenges and opportunities our CEO faces.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Additional certifications relevant to executive administration or project management are highly regarded.
Proficient in MS Office and G Suite, with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.
Ability to work autonomously, exhibit strong decision-making skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to challenges.
