The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician with a proven track record of success in residential HVAC service and repair, lead conversion and self-set leads sold.

*Responsibilities for this position include:*
* Troubleshoot and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
* Identify maintenance risks on equipment
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical fault
* Perform emergency repairs
* Ensure compliance with safety standards
* Assist customers with queries
*Requirements for this position include:*
* 5+ years of experience as an HVAC technician
* EPA certification
* Nate certification or ability to obtain certification
* Willingness to continue education in the HVAC field
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to pass a 50 state background check
* Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in confined spaces
