If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As a Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator, you will create and monitor monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff in accordance with established policies and procedures in compliance with government regulations to ensure adequate coverage to deliver quality care to our residents.
Must have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in state
Willing to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, holidays, and/or on other shifts and in other positions when necessary
Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Nice to have:
Related experience in a long-term care, health care, or skilled nursing environment
