JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and monitoring Blue Mountain Inventory to ensure proper record keeping and reporting of accurate inventory levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Incumbent must have the skills, ability, and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation:
Monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in same and identify all operational problems in inventory.
Prepare and update all required paperwork for vendor products and ensure accuracy in all inventories and resolve any issues in same.
Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records
Manage returns as required following established procedures.
Manage product recalls following established procedures.
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all inventory locations.
Manage all inventory transactions and provide required feedback to team as required.
Manage all communication with Materials Supervisor and make recommendations to same if required
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS
Monitor work of all inventory control personnel and ensure achievement of all objectives and provide improvements to same if required.
Perform annual performance review for employees
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in the Construction or Building Trades
Experience with Sage A+.
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
Database management skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The requirements listed below are representative of the physical ability required.
Work is performed in a warehouse and
Lighting is artificial.
Equipment used includes standard office equipment i.
e.
computer and telephone; and standard warehouse equipment I.
e.
forklift, pallet jack, and scooter.
Individual will have some exposure to dust, noise, heat, cold and fumes.
Physical demands include walking, standing, bending over, crouching, balancing, pushing, and pulling, repetitive use of both hands, grasping, lifting up to 75 lbs.
, and being around other work equipment and machinery; and occasionally sitting, reaching overhead, and kneeling.
Hours are primarily Monday through Friday with some overtime and weekends required.
