Position Summary: Under the direction from the Branch Manager, the Production and Warehouse Lead will direct and coordinate the production and warehouse functions at the branch level.
This position will ensure the consistent production of a high-quality product and service in the facility to achieve safe and efficient operations with maximum profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In partnership with Branch Manager, make hiring, performance, and disciplinary determinations.
Oversee production to ensure maximum effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Report any breakage or issues to Branch Manager Direct, schedule and monitor the compliance tasks, jobs in process and production staff.
Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics Assist with repositioning, loading & unloading equipment and contents for restoration, storage and return to job sites as required Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products Confirm proper and timely delivery of clients belongings Perform various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed Bag and or box close-out jobs for storage or delivery.
Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts; enter relevant data in reports as needed Additional duties as assigned and reasonable.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities): High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years’ experience in restoration industry, warehouse operations or comparable experience.
2 years’ experience in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in warehouse or production.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent organization and efficient time-management skill.
Excellent oral and written communication skill.
Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to company protocol Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure WE OFFER: Hourly wage $25 - $26/hr DOE A friendly, family environment Potential for growth and advancement Medical, dental & vision.
