Dental Assistant (Woodland)

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help ensure a smooth patient experience.
**Responsibilities:** - Prepare patients for dental work - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Assist the dentist during procedures as needed - Take and develop dental X-rays - Maintain accurate patient records - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment - Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Dental Assistant - Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods - Understanding of health & safety regulations - Proficiency in X-Ray procedures - Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology is a plus - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations - Ability to take vital signs and medical imaging - Experience as a dental receptionist is beneficial - Familiarity with aseptic techniques - Ability to manage medical records accurately - Strong anatomy knowledge Join our team and enjoy the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills are valued, and professional growth is encouraged.
