Working Conditions Should be able to work long hours in the office using a personal computer and keyboard at least several hours a day, sitting most of the time but may involve standing or sitting for brief periods.
Field work may be done in uneven terrain and involve hiking for extended periods and carrying a 30-pound backpack.
Aerial surveys from a small, fixed wing aircraft or helicopter will be done occasionally.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and equipment and be prepared to travel moderately using a state vehicle.
This position is eligible for telework with in-person attendance based on the operational needs of the Branch.
