Looks to be the best condition 74 script left on the planet, no rust or corrosion on jacks/switch/battery snap, and no modifications or repairs.
Sounds exactly like you'd think, glorious and thick phasing.
I know evh fans love these but, running a clean tele with this is a sound you won't forget.
Pot date code reads the tenth week of 74', includes everything pictured, even the 50 year old stickers and blank warranty card, and all the numbers match from pedal to box to paperwork.

And yes, pricing is difficult as no other 74 script compares to this pedal and anything close is $1000-1200, and probably more come next year's 50th anniversary.
