Does it all, the microphone input makes it worth the cost alone, it's like having a hundred stompboxes with XLR jacks, beyond awesome for vocals or acoustic instruments.
Playing electric guitar/bass or synth through two completely different rigs at same time is just an added bonus haha.
Of course there's a bazillion great sounding bass and guitar amps, cabs, effects, and mics/preamps for you to find your own unique tone or go with one of the many classics.
These convenient desktop HD models are truly hidden gems for the price, the XLR input and mic pres make them the ultimate swiss army knife for any home studio or bedroom player.
