Looking for a bass player for original alt rock music (Folsom)

I'm a guitarist, songwriter and vocalist looking for a bass player to join an original alt rock band.
We have a drummer and myself in the band so far.
We're in our mid-40s.
We have a good amount of original material that we're recording and rehearsing, with the eventual plan to play live.
The music can be descibed as americana meets grunge but we do some blues and plan on some reggae, too.
I will send samples to interested musicians.
I'm looking for a solid bass player who is easy to work with, wants to play original music and has the ability to write good bass parts that fit the songs.
Background vocals would be a plus, especially for chorus parts.
If you want to trade lead vocals and have original songs I'm open to that as well.
We practice once a week, at this point mostly focusing on developing and recording song demos.
