Hi, I’m a singer-songwriter who just recently moved to Sacramento.
I cut my teeth as a musician in Portland in the 90’s and aughts.
When people ask me what my stuff is like, my stock answer is that it sounds like if George Harrison and Neil Young had a baby that was raised by Alex Chilton.
It’s a mix of beatlesque pop, indie folk, alt-country, and occasionally hard rock.
I’ve released 6 full length albums as a solo artist, and many more with bands.
I haven’t been gigging for several years, but I’m thinking about getting back into it if I can get a good group together.
I’m looking for a guitarist, bass player, drummer, and piano/keyboard player.
Ability to sing harmony is a huge plus as my songs are full of them.
Age or gender doesn’t matter.
I’m not so young myself but I’m up for playing with any talented, tasteful musicians.
Experience is preferred but not necessarily necessary.
I’m mostly looking for a group to back me on my material, but am open to collaboration if it happens naturally and is any good.
