Shared Studio Space Rental (Sacramento)

I have had a studio space at Sacramento Rehearsal Studios for the past 6 years.
I’m looking for a new studio mate to split the rent with.
I have equipment in most of the space right now but am willing to offer up 1/3 of it or share my stuff.
