Versatile guitarist (Sacramento)

Experienced L/R guitarist is available for a unit whose members are easygoing enough but sufficiently serious yet focused to either get a startup/recently formed group off the ground or keep an established band headed in the right direction.
Have good gear, reliable vehicle, and a flexible schedule (subject to occasional trips out of town).
The perfect-world situation would encompass a mix of blues(y), old(er)-school R&B, funk-type stuff, and however those three styles might translate to more "rocky" kinds of material, though I get that this isn't a perfect world.
Open to covers - bonus points for famous/popular but less cliché numbers - or originals.
Something that doesn't feature guitar(s) as the only non-rhythm-section instrument(s) would be great but isn't a must-have.
