Guitar Player Seeking Musicians and Singers with Neuropathy (Sacramento)

Hi, I’m a guitar player looking for musicians and singers with neuropathy, similar conditions or lots of patience to create music with.
I’ve been struggling with Small Fiber Neuropathy for a while now.
It affects my hands and body as well as my overall energy level but I still really enjoy playing and creating music.
I hope to find other people who might have similar situations or high patience levels to collaborate with.
I know this is a tall order so please disregard this post if it’s not for you.
In terms of what my playing sounds like, my best description would be: mellow, soothing, darkish, pretty- indie band vibes with laid back groove.
Kind of a jazzier Mazzy Star for lack of a better description?? My goal would be to collaborate and have fun creating original songs/art as opposed to doing cover versions.
I have lots of musical ideas to bring to the table.
Unfortunately I don’t have a practice space but generally play low volume.
I’m in my 50s and live outside downtown Sacramento.
