Looking for singer (Art, Goth, Prog, Elctr, Alt, Rock) (Sacramento)

Hey there I am looking for a lead singer to start a prog, electronic, rock band in the Sacramento area.
I have a drummer I am jamming with currently and would like to find a bass player and or a electronic musician to complete the line up.
Influences are below but as an artist I lean towards a blend of clean and heavy guitars plus industrial and cinematic style synths/beats.
I do like Goth stuff, Stoner rock Stuff, and Alternative 90s stuff.
