My home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, approximately 3 miles East of Hwy 99 between Power Inn and Elk Grove-Florin Rds.
Ample shopping and a nice variety restaurants close by.

Although my home home has central air and heating, every room has a ceiling fan with overhead lighting installed.
Helps with the utilities! I do have some pieces of furniture for use, if needed .
However, I no longer have a bed or TV for the room.
And, as of yet, I have not had set up for cable.
When I chose to switch from Dish Network to Comcast, my former roommate preferred Dish and paid for her own service.
I will pay the installation fees for cable but it would be greatly appreciated if you could pay for your portion of the bill.
Shouldn't be any more than $50 per month.
Maybe less.
Rent includes laundry and kitchen privileges.
The kitchen is a roomy kitchen with a fair amount of cupboards.
Definitely enough for 2 people! There is also a cabinet in the hall for additional storage and a second refrigerator in garage.
I am asking far below the going rate for rent in this area because I am hoping to find a Roommate/Caretaker.
I am a retired senior citizen with a disability.
I was born with an injury to my brainstem and through the years the weakness on my right side has progressed, making it difficult for me to do some household chores.
I also occasionally experience an episode of vertigo and because of that, I am no longer able to drive and would appreciate someone who wouldn't mind doing an occasional errand for me.
