Large ag parcel wants a ranch hand - $20 (auburn)

were in the reserve with lots of open space and our 40 acres has a 30 acre area that needs some animals to be tended to, the property is fenced and has had cows and horses in the past, we want goats sheep chickens lots of food and herbs and flowers to be grown by someone or a couple that wish to homestead to some degree and sell the food and herbs and other items produced we could sell COA or direct to local wedding makers etc in the area.
we wish to plant a lot of trees and grapes and cactuses and build some cabins and glamping.
we dont have a big budget sadly.
we are looking for the right barter and kind relationship to synergize and win together.

fenced and oaks and some timber and wood ready to build with on site and dirt and water and a trailer and a big flat pad for lots of cars.
we wanna make trails and if the right person or team was on site we could share in the glamping income this first year as co operators?
