WANTED: 1962-64 Dodge Town panel (Auburn)

unknown last name, living at the Crestview mobile home park on Mother Load Dr in Placerville.
This information was last noted around 2016.
Charles owned an Ex-El Dorado County Sheriff's Dept.
1964 Dodge D100 panel truck.
My last contact with him was in 2017 when he showed me the vehicle which was parked about 1/4 of a mile above downtown Placerville.
Also parked was a former US Naval bus used as a storage type of facility.
Charles age would be around late 70's if still around in the Placerville area.
Any info in locating Charles or know of his whereabouts would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
