74 Ford High Boy . Complete .. New Crate motor Not running (Clearlake)

Complete Highboy.
I have owned it for over 20 years.
Very straight with just surface rust and a few minor dents.
390 Crate motor with less than 50 miles on it.
Running gear is solid with No issues.

both boxes were Smooth n Tight .
in 2002 i had a new 390 installed.
It still needed a wiring harness to make it right though.
I drove it a couple times, and then parked it due to the wiring issues that needed to be done.
Shortly thereafter i had health issues and never touched it again.
I did fill the block and cylinders with oil before putting it to rest.
Since then i had a dingdong try to pull it foreword for me just a foot or two so i could get behind it and he hooked up to the tie rod.
Idiot! It is toed in a bit.
SO a Tie rod, Wiring , all the interior is there along with spare door panels and a big crate of parts.
Was just at the DMV Needs Weighed & Inspected then can be put back into the system .
I have all paperwork for that.
I may be interested in,,,, A Clean 1 ton king cab , jet boat.
