Drivers are so tired of customers of scamming and bucking the system by call the both companies and "lying" that you havent gotten your food when you did, so that you can have a free meal and get your money back, while the driver suffer for fraud.
Listen you stupid customer(s) there are alot of hones driver in different profession, that do this job only for extra income NOT like they have to.
But you stupid customers who call the companies that are so dishonest when you got doctor, police officer, firefighter, nurses, and many government employees who make alot of money who do this because extra income and like customer ruin it for alot of driver.
Especially, teenagers who are pathetic who dont care that call and say that they didnt receive food and call the driver and "lie" that they didnt get their food so that you can have a free meal.
Why dont all you stupid or pathetic fools who do this go get a "job" and stop being a "freeloader loser" and get fetch your own damn food.
Your like the stupid teenager kids who walk in a store and steal items and walk out all because you take advantage of the system where they cant prosecute you because you have to steal over 900 dollar until they arrest you.
Well I have another think coming we are going change that law on the ballot this year where as stealing is stealing and prosecute you for you to go to jail and do some time and so that you can have a record.
With all that once you have record and employers are NOT going to hire you because your are high risk in "all" companies.
Now that you screwed up your life and have a record you have to work under the table, unless "a company" will put up with your background that will be the day I worked in government for 39 years and I do Uber Eats causes I like to drive and enjoy the drive, but when you have these dishonest customers who lie that they never receive their food order and blame the drive so that they can get free food and to get Uber Eats to credit them, is so wrong and pathetic on the customer.
When you stupid customer do that and become dishonest that ruins Uber Eats Driver "satisfaction rate", and "acceptance rate" where the driver will stop delivering all because 2 things.
1.
Uber Eats blames the driver get a email from Uber Support that the customer did not get their food and because of that the driver get a warning of "fraud" and if they keep getting those they close their account.
Now, we as driver dont want your stupid "carb unhealthy fast food - 8 dollar order " and we as driver are not poor, because we as drivers have day professional job.
Why dont your stupid customer meet and greet your driver and they will tell that alot of those driver make alot of money on their day.

so dont under estimate these driver with professional employment from Doctors to Firefighters and many more.
Another issue is alot of "people are pretending" to be Uber Eats and Door Dash Drivers.

they walk in the restaurant and have their phones open and some of the food is on a shelf there its NOT protected behind the counter.
For example, Chipolte is one of them.
They have shelves open and anybody can walk up and take somebody's food.
And guess what, when the correct comes in and find that somebody who took the order doesnt work for either Door Dash or Uber Eats, the correct driver has wait to make the food all over again.
Then, the customer was expected it didnt get the on time gets their satisfaction rate lowered.
Now I wanat all you stupid customers who are "cheap tipper" and "liars" that call Door Dash or Uber Eats customer support to get some free needs to off the "free loader train" and in the back of the train with all then losers and get a damn job.
By the way, we will change the laws for stealing for candy bars once again with the old saying goes "if you do the crime, then its time to do the time" the voters will change that law once again.
What I have to some of the customer who are losers who take advantage of Door Dash or Uber Eats.

PERIOD IMPORTANT NOTICE: We as driver have "the right to refuse" orders and below are the conditions * If you dont have Building Number and Apartment then we have "clock" ticking after 3 minutes and when you dont have both we will sit there when the clock is up and will tall Uber Tech to explain to cancel order due to customer didnt have Building and Apartment.
People we are NOT going to chase after you to find you.
You as customers are responsible to put that on your notes below is example.
If you have 25 Buildings then you have to put the Building Number and then Apartmen Building 18 Apartment 18102 Gate Code If you dont have it in that order then consider you food in the TRASH * Next, if you live in the "boon dogs" like orchards and if you dont have Street Number on the mailbox where we as driver dont see it.

You as customers are responsible to have street number on the mailbox We dont have to deliver to your house if driver safety is in jeopardy.
I've thrown food in the trash cause you people dont have STREET Numbers on the Mailbox and its so hard to see and you dont have the PORCH LIGHT on either.
Look I will be damn to deliver in the dark if my safety is involved.
The reason we dont have to deliver to a RURAL area is because of many reasons: 1) For safety reasons there is alot of weirdos at night 2) When we are NOT going to put us driver safety when the police are never going to come to our rescue and the response time will along time when they come to us.
