Looking for a small truck or a work van that is enclosed (Sacramento California)

I literally have $1048.
I want to spend it on a truck so I can save up and recycle and start my own little business because I’m not making any money.
I really want to save up as much as I can to get this truck I wanted to low miles but I can work with what you have to offer but I need a small truck to haul stuff so I can work instead of not work I’ll be doing dump runs in it.
