99 Subaru Forester AWD 150k mi. Tank of gas last a week! (Sacramento/Trade for Work truck/cargo van)

Sweet little car .
My aunt gave to me as she finally realizes she can not drive stick or drive.
It has been sitting a few years but on non op.
Started right up but has full tank of old gas.
I did drive it with no problem but sure it needs tune up gas changed.
All power All working windows heat ac etc.
New timing belt and radiator installed 5k miles ago.
150k miles All original.
Original mini suv.
She looking for title but who nows if it gets found.
Have registration and her bill of sale.
Car is all legit and perfect for a 1st car or anyone who don't want to go broke at gas station.
$3k or trade for truck pickup,cargo van.
