ISO: FOREIGN STAMP COLLECTOR

Looking for a stamp collector with interest in purchasing foreign stamps.

.
new and used.
There are also a number of foreign Commemoratives and i believe also a few FDC.
These are not in albums or in order.
There is a showbox thats prob 50% full of mixed, single foreign stamps.
Also, another shoe box full of small envelopes/bags if stamps seperated by c country.
There is also 2 or 3 small albums I dont know the years.
It looka very mixed but nothing will be any newer than 2006.
