WANTED! I need to purchase a home between Murphys and Angels Camp (Murphys to Angels Camp)

I’m selling my homes & property in Avery and looking to move down the mountain out of the snow to a forever home .
I need at least 3 bedrooms and garage or shop area.
I prefer historic homes or those with character.
No Modular’s or mobile homes please.
I’m hoping for a bit of property with it but not required.
