In search of off grid location to call home.
something with a small cozy cabin or yurt would be ideal, but I can figure out something temporary for meantime, and intend to begin build on a tiny house on wheels this spring.
I have all the solar equipment I need, and multiple generators.
I have plenty of off-grid experience, and lots of experience with permaculture design and many years of experience with natural farming.
Ideally I'd like to purchase a property if the price was low enough and the location was desirable, but I'd potentially be open to a watch guard/work trade position.
Doing labor and odd jobs in exchange for the right people, and having the ability to eventually purchase the location in this case would be a huge plus, as I'm a single father who would like to find a long term residence to raise my kids.
I'm hoping to find a private spot somewhere below the snowline or at least below heavy loads, must have clean fresh spring or well water so we can grow food year round and raise animals.
