I need a place asap!!! (North Highlands West sac Sacramento. I’m looking everywhere.)

I lost my house that I lived at for 11 years due to Covid the manager decided to sell it was a five bedroom house in Citrus Heights.
I feel like I’ve just gone downhill since that happened the house that I’m in now when I moved in I had more people living with me they moved out.
My rent is 1925.
I got sciatica about a year ago I could not walk for three months I got two behind in my rent I used to have 800 credit now it’s like 350 I had to use my credit cards to live on and buy gift cards to pay rent, but it just wasn’t enough.
I got two behind my management does not want to give me an eviction they giving me until February 1 to find a place I am Cna for last 25 years.
I’ve always been able to pay my bills on time this has been the hardest year of my life.
I don’t bother the management .
But the rent is just too high for me now it’s 1925 I am looking for rent in between 15 and 1400 preferably I make about $27 an hour it would have been more but I was out of work for almost 3 in half months .
It changes every shift I work for Clipboard I’m an independent contractor through them, but I work a lot I get paid nightly sometimes double shifts I need to move and start over and my man wants to go back to work too.
He has spent the last year taking care of me , I’ve had surgery on my back and I am so much better and back to work.
I just need to find a place to call home.
I have one dog and one cat the cat lives outside she comes to eat and then goes back out.
I have a washer and dryer brand new that I got before , all the sciatica pain kicked in.
I have a microwave I have a fridge I try to fix all my stuff myself.
My man is a handyman.
I don’t try to bother nobody.
I just need a two bedroom home.
I just need a break.
And please I just want to have the only thing I want is the dishwasher I don’t have time to do dishes because I work so much and I don’t have one at this place and it’s been a really hard.
I need to have a move-in date by February 1 2024 i’m looking for a private owner because I know my credit will not pass anything.

I am a good tenant.
I always have been.
It’s just been really rough this year.
I have three kids that are all grown in their own places.
I niece and nephew four grandchildren that are autistic and I am very involved in all of their lives.
I’m a good person I help the homeless I do a lot I just really need a break or I’m gonna be homeless like them.
I will have all the money to move by February 1 in cash.
I am saving every penny except for my cell phone bill and my car payment.
I have also posted my income.
