Looking for a 4 bedroom home pet friendly near oakdale (Oakdale ca)

We are looking for a 4 bedroom home near oakdale California with a yard and where we can have our dogs we are professional dog trainers and have 5 fully trained Dutch shepherd’s and service dogs and will sometimes have a clients dog with us all our dogs are crate trained will never be loose inside or outside with out us there we are very responsible trainers and renters and are moving near oakdale area to help with my father who’s in poor health.
We are selling our land in Oklahoma to move back to California within a month we will be paying a year in advance including any pet deposits we have excellent references and from clients that know our dogs we’re also on YouTube you can see the dogs there as well any homes for rent with 4 bedrooms from oakdale, Modesto, Twain Harte , Sonora areas
