Need 4 Bedroom House- Under 3400 a Month (Roseville, Folsom, Davis)

Hello, I am relocating to the Nor Cal area and am looking for a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house that allows pets.
Income is not a problem.
Credit has been dinged, but I have excellent references and own my current home and my previous home, I just need a landlord to give a chance.
Dinged credit has an explanation and is only for a 6 month period for my credit history.
Not picky on area- have been looking for leads for days! Rebekah - Moving from Philadelphia area in May
